EikoXperience combines energy intelligence and user experience to offer smooth, efficient and truly smart charging. Thanks to sensors installed by Mob-Energy, Eiko automatically adjusts the power allocated to charging based on the actual capacity of the site, in real time.

The energy is then distributed between the charging points according to two control levels: standard sharing, balanced between all users, or intelligent prioritisation, which takes into account the profile, parking time and energy needs of each user. Access to the service can be public or private, via user identification, and charging can be monetised, with payment by bank card or mobility badge, with total transparency on the price of the session, even before it starts!

Adapting the EVSE to changes in demand

The electrification of the car fleet is a continuous process. But the electrification of a car park is an iterative process: it takes place in successive waves of new charge points, so should we install more charge points than are needed at any one time? In fact, spaces equipped with charge points become exclusively electric spaces. Oversizing the number of charging points in a car park is tantamount to denying access to some customers. At the same time, undersizing means ensuring that future electric motorist customers will be dissatisfied, and that work will have to be carried out repeatedly to keep the service up to date. The benefits of a solution that can be upgraded quickly and simply, without work, to meet customer needs at all times are undeniable.
